Privacy Policy

JMWINC Developers LLC builds software that handles real business data. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do.

What we collect

Only what is needed to run your account and make the app work: your name, email address, company name, and the business data you enter yourself — inventory items, purchase orders, expense records and the like. For our games, that is limited to a display name, progress and leaderboard scores.

What we explicitly do not collect

• Payment card numbers — card handling is done entirely by Stripe, and we never see the number
• Health information
• GPS or precise location
• Your phone contacts

How your data is protected

• All traffic runs over encrypted HTTPS connections
• Enterprise-grade row-level security isolates each company's data at the database level
• Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form
• We do not sell data to third parties — not now, not as a future business model

How we use it

Account information creates your account and unlocks app features. Business data is synced in real time across your devices and your team. Anonymous crash reports and usage data help us find and fix bugs and improve performance.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

Who else touches it

Only the providers required to run the service, each contractually bound to security standards:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI capabilities for specific features only
• Google AdMob — advertising in our free games, subject to the ad settings on your device

Your control over your data

You can view and update your account information directly in the app's settings. To request a copy of your data, or to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted, email info@jmwinc-developers.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Residents of the EU, the UK and California have additional rights under GDPR and the CCPA, including access, correction, portability and erasure. Use the same address and tell us which right you are exercising.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how your data is handled, notify you in the app.
